学习网5月7日电中央气象台2009年5月7日10时发布热带气旋公报：今年第2号强热带风暴;灿鸿;于今天上午加强为台风，上午8时其中心位于东沙群岛以南大约590公里的南海中部海面上，就是北纬15.3度，东经117.3度，中心附近最大风力有12级(35米/秒)。

预计，;灿鸿;将以每小时10-15公里的速度向东偏北方向移动，逐渐向菲律宾吕宋岛西部沿海靠近，有可能于明天上午擦过或登陆吕宋岛西部沿海；之后，"灿鸿"将逐渐转向偏北方向移动，强度逐渐减弱。

受;灿鸿;和西南季风的共同影响，今天中午到明天中午，南海南部和中部以及东北部海面、巴士海峡、巴林塘海峡将有7-9级大风，;灿鸿;中心经过的附近海面的风力可达10-12级。
