学习网淮安5月7日电(汤苗苗)淮安南北分界线标志自从五月一日正式对外开放以来，已经成为了淮安旅游的一个新景点，吸引了许多外地游客和淮安市民前来参观。据悉，该工程去年五月动工兴建，历时一年，总投资约420万元。
