　　文汇报援引路透社消息指，荣智健透过大摩，以每股介乎11.95港元至12.2港元配售6000万旧股，估计可套现7.32亿港元。

中信泰富昨日收报13.2港元，升3.45。以该收盘价计算，配售价有折让7.6至9.5。配售前，荣智健的持股量约为4.18亿股，占总发行股数的11.48，配售后仍持有3.58亿股，持股比例降至9.82。
